Come and see what local gardeners are capable of growing here on the West Coast and get inspired to do so too!
We will visit 6-8 different local edible gardens in Ucluelet on Saturday afternoon, August 5th, 1:00pm-4:30pm.
Rides will be available on the district of Tofino Weagle Wagon departing from the Wickaninnish School Garden at 12.30pm, but you can also carpool with your friends!
The tour schedule will be sent to registered participants the week before the event.
To not overwhelm gardeners, this year we are limiting the amount of attendees to 30 people.
Everything we do at TCFI is thanks to volunteers work, donors and sponsors. To cover the costs of this event and to help fund our programs, we suggest a $20 per ticket donation (kids free). If this is a barrier for you, we would like to join us anyway, please just email our program coordinator to be added to the tour list at beatriz@tofinocommunityfoodinitiative.com.
